Our flagship New York City venue. Located in lower Manhattan, right on the east edge of Tribeca.

The beautifully designed 3,000+ square foot loft space is multi-room, fully furnished, large and spacious. Open House Lofts New York was originally conceived in 1999 as a unique, non-traditional venue for focus groups and other market research related projects.

We believe that a comfortable and inspiring environment is essential for insights to thrive. Although our venues are creatively non- traditional, they were built and customized with market research in mind so we offer all the same accoutrements and level of service that clients expect from traditional facilities, and then some.

Our multi-room layout was designed to support the full range of qualitative research formats from large focus groups to intimate one-on-one interviews, strategy sessions, and workshops. Every room is configurable.

Our organic recruiting methods, vast network, and decades of experience with finding the best respondents — regardless of specs or incidence rate — set us apart from every other facility in the market. We do not rely on open sign-ups, self-identified respondent pools, or mass digital recruitment

We also use technology intelligently — to improve speed, accuracy, and respondent validation, not to replace the judgment, nuance, and care that no algorithm can replicate.

VIEWING TECHNOLOGY

No one-way mirrors.

We do not have one-way mirrors in any of our spaces. Instead, we use closed-circuit viewing via high-end HD cameras and large 80" flat panel HD monitors throughout the client suite.

This way, our clients can enjoy a premium, up-close, and personal viewing experience — while respondents feel genuinely at ease, without the psychological presence of a one-way mirror. When people do not feel watched, they talk differently. That difference matters.
